What are the changes?

The V4.2 will replace V4.1 from 30 June 2024 for products distributed in the UK more specifically.
V4will remain valid, especially for products not distributed in the UK.

The V4.2 adds a new UK subsection with more costs fields:

• Indirect costs from open-ended funds;
• Indirect costs from closed-ended funds;
• Costs of holding real assets

An additional field is also added to indicate the existence of client facing disclosures for the product.

What steps do you need to take?

If you are not distributing directly or indirectly your products in the UK, there is no action on your side.
For products distributed in the UK, all new fields are optional and including them in your reports can be done from the next production.

Dissemination to platform

AlphaOmega proposes to produce both EMT V4.1 and V4.2 until all platforms and recipients adapt their systems to this new version.
