Reporting Officer (f/m/d)
Founded in 2017, AlphaOmega is a dynamic and rapidly growing start-up based in Luxembourg
which provides fund registration, regulatory reporting and dissemination services.
AlphaOmega is constantly growing since its creation and serving multiple clients in Europe.
Your mission
Within our Data Management team, you will be involved in various projects and missions, such as:
- Manage the onboarding of new clients and support all the questions raised and related to the Data Management.
- Receive accounting data for regulatory reporting and follow-up with clients and fund administrators.
- Be in contact with data providers and platforms (Bloomberg, Morningstar, Refinitiv) to ensure the smooth data delivery and publication.
- Being implicated in the production of several regulatory and marketing reports such as KIIDs, Factsheets, EPT, Solvency II, AIFMD…
- Collaborate with the IT team to improve and set up our custom-built solutions in terms of Data Management.
Your profile
- Master in Finance or Accounting.
- Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English and French. Ability to communicate with clarity and concision.
- A first experience in the financial sector / Asset Management is a plus, strong Excel/VBA, Python and/or SQL skills are a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and accuracy: ability to understand and analyse requests and propose durable solutions.
- Result-oriented with a strong sense of commitment and a problem-solving attitude.
