Client Relationship Manager (f/m/d)
Founded in 2017, AlphaOmega is a dynamic and rapidly growing start-up based in Luxembourg
which provides fund registration, regulatory reporting and dissemination services.
AlphaOmega is constantly growing since its creation and serving multiple clients in Europe.
In order to support our development, AlphaOmega is looking for the ideal candidate for this exciting opportunity as:
- To monitor existing and new relationships with the customers for whom you will be responsible
- To receive requests and take the necessary steps to respond to the customer and communicate requirements to the relevant department(s).
- To receive and respond to customer enquiries, amendments and follow-up in a timely manner.
- To understand customer needs and requirements in order to identify sales opportunities accordingly.
- Contribute to the development of profitability and the evolution of our value proposition
- Bachelor or Master
- Knowledge of written and spoken English and French. Ability to communicate with clarity and concision, others languages are appreciated
- 3 years' experience in a similar sales role ideally with an asset manager, fund distributor, investment services provider or other fund platform
- Curious, proactive, creative, resourceful, willing to learn

Work permit for Luxembourg and clean criminal record are required.
